A: Our site name is IMinDb which stands for : The "Indian Movie Industry Database". The purpose of this site is to have an easy access database of your favorite Indian movies, artists, trailers, photos, video clips, as well as share comments and opinions with other IMinDb.com users.

Q: In case I lose my username or password, what should I do?
A: Just click on the Forgot Password link, and you will be asked for the email address you originally used to join IMindb with, enter that email address and you will be asked to either change your username or password, whichever one you forgot.
Q: IMinDb.com is coming up really weird on my browser, the images are scattered and out of place, what is my problem?
A: Your problem might be that, at the moment, IMindB.com might not support certain browsers; we are currently running on the latest version of Internet Explorer. In order to optimally view IMinDb.com you must download the newest Internet Explorer. Eventually we will have all browsers compatible with IMinDb.com.
Q: How do I advertise on your site ?

Q: I don't think information on an actor profile or movie profile is accurate, I want to change it, or request it be removed?
A: No problem just click on add/change information link on the side bar that accompanies all artists and movie profiles, fill out the change form and submit to our staff, it will likely take 2-3 weeks for the change to take place. If after you feel we have not received the change, you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How come I can't comment on the Message board, or submit a rating for an artist or movie?
A: You must become an IMindb.com user to comment or submit a rating for an artist of movie or to comment in the message board area.
Q: Why does the trailer, video clip, picture, or news link I selected not working ?
A: It could be a number of issues, Imindb.com links in other websites for it's media content, it is possible that the source url is no longer active or has been removed by that administrator. If this occurs than please contact email@example.com and we will address your issue right away. The other reason might be that your flash settings might not be specific to the video content you are trying to view, make sure you have all the proper media players and plug ins installed in order to view the selected material.
Q: How come some profiles have a lot of content and other do not, or some don't even have any at all?
A: Imindb.com has taken information from selected websites for its literature and content, if there is information unavailable on a certain profile, you have the option, by all means as a user to add , fix, change, or update information for that profile. Most likely we have not got to the point of adding data to the profile, and we will eventually, if you notice a profile has not been updated or has no data, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can add data. Data that is added by the user will be in fact overlooked by our imindb.com administration to determine the legitimacy of the content, and will take up to 2 weeks to approve.
Q: How come some links are not working?
A: If you find that there are links not working please email us at email@example.com or you could have a browser issue, you must be viewing Imindb.com on the latest version of internet explorer. Also remember, we are still working out technical and content issues, so eventually we will cater to all browers.
Q: Why is the site running so slow?
A: The likely reason could be that there is a lot of traffic, and we are still working to accommodate that high level traffic. Other reasons could be that we are updating the site with new features or content to the server causing the network to slow down. Also you could have a setting issue on your computer or internet connection that is not allowing you to swiftly upload the website.
Q: How do I keep track of my messageboard, comment, and rating history?
A: Just go to your account setting and go to the history table, you will find all of your history there by date and time.
Q: I was able to comment on the message boards , and had access to rating movies as well as other features, but now I can't anymore, how come?
A: Probably because what you were writing on the message boards and comment area, was not appropriate after several warnings from our administrators, so at this point our course of action is to ban you from accessing any of the Imindb.com features. You can only access your messageboard , comment, and rating history when you are banned. If you write us an apology, or sign a petition we might change our mind. Petition@imindb.com. Bullying and inappropriate language or content is not tolerated on Imindb.com.
